Was this funny looking HP missed?

I have a ICCS grade MS-63 1939 Canadian dollar that I bought from a dealer which has a deformed looking 'HP' and looks like the top left portion of the H is missing,plus looks like a double stamp on both the H and P.....did ICCS miss this,or was it not important enough? Thanks,HB

The detail that you get with the high power mag. is very impressive.. but I'm curious to know what is being used as a light source... What model do you have.. and are you able to use the microscope and take a shot of the whole coin? Hi: I have the AM-413ZTA model.
