Very nice. I was looking at my 2007 coins to see if I had any like this, and found an odd one. These lines were very common on the 2001 dimes but i have not noticed them in my change since. Thought I would share. http://www.coinsandcanada.com/forum/class/test/07_line_set.jpeg

Here is what I think an example of the far and near dates for 1926.

The far 6 is the top picture. I do not know how to write on them. Sorry.

Thank you. Now that I have had a close look I see the difference clearly.

Is the Near the more scarce of the two types? I only have 5 to look at and 1 is Near.

I have a question. What is the best way to identify this? Do you use the tip of the 6 as in the 1926, or other things to look for?
