Re: 1954 1 Dollar Note with no serial number

Here's my 'mystery' no serial #, $1 1937; with a light table you can see the RED ink and 'extremely faint' numbering but not enough to decipher. No chemical smell and nothing to suggest scrubbing or erasures. So, it's just a novelty in my collection. == http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/techwr...

Found this 1859 in an album

Found this one while inspecting coins in my 25 years+ old Whitman album. I think it's: obverse 25 reverse F1 ?? == http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/techwriter/techwrite_coins/tset_1859_obv2-25_zps5tbg2tv9.jpg == loop 7 and leaf 8 http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/techwriter/techwrite_co...

Re: Die Shift, Repunched Die or Double Die on 1861 NS Penny?

Here's at least a cousin to your 1861 NS cent; seems the legend was a real problem, mine does not have the die crack through the 'A' http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/techwriter/techwrite_coins/novascotia_1861_1c_vict_zpstfpi99r4.jpg http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/techwriter/techwrite...

1885 Newfoundland 1 Cent E/E in ONE, error or variety?

Found this while using my new microscope and wondered if it would be considered an Error or a Variety? Thought I would post and ask for your insights. I've done some searching for other 1885s for sale and found 4 without the E/E and 3 with E/E so I don't know what to think. Thanks for any feedback o...
