Re: Old corroded Canada Token? Can you Identify It?

If there is nothing on the back, it's possible that it is
an old military button. Just a guess though.

Re: 1941 Penny Error

It doesn't have to be a laminated coin to have lamination peel. To expand on what Bill in Burl stated- Presence of contaminants in the alloy caused by improper mixing in some instances can cause flakes of metal to break of off the face of the coin. There are many early Canadian Coins that have lamin...

Hard to tell from the pictures but
the circles on the reverse are PMD.
The other marks look like they could be a planchet flaw.

Re: military token info

It's called a Regimental Coin. The Obverse shows the Regiments name and nickname, VP. (Not sure what VP stands for) The reverse shows the Regiments Hat Badge and issue number. Did some research and found that 3339 was issued to a L. Palhazi in 1980. Hope this helps a bit. Don't know if there is any ...

Re: Silver 5 cent coins-1998-2006

I'm assuming you mean Nickel 5c pieces (That's why they are known as Nickels)- In reference to Nickels minted from 1998 to 2006 All coins minted from 1998 to 2006 with no mintmark were made from Cupro-Nickel. Those minted from 1999 to 2006 with a "P" mint mark were made from Multi-Ply Plat...

Re: Lightw4re, please remove Here is Practical Explanation about Next Life

I was about to post the same thing. I don't know how this was allowed to stay up as long as it has. On other forums it would have been removed immediately. There is no place for this "crap" on public forums. I'm sure the OP must have had difficulty in finding a forum to accept these rantin...

Re: 1973 $1 with unique serial

If it is in uncirculated condition, probably worth $2.00.
If it has been circulated, then only worth face value.
For that serial number to be worth anything, it would have to be all 4's.

Re: 2001 10 dollar note with folding error.

Nice Fold and Cut error. Hard to put a value on it as these are all one of a kind, but the fold would devalue it a bit. Maybe someone who collects error currency can give an idea on what they would pay for something like this. If I had to guess, I would say around $200.00, but I may be way out. Woul...
