What you saw in the Charlton is a rotator..
Mine has a middle digit of 9.. Does that mean it's a 3 digit radar. Should that 9 / 6 be counted as a rotator?

Hello, a few years ago there was hype about a SWIMS radar.
Let me explain, a swims radar is just like the word SWIMS, or can be radar even when rotated 180°
See sample pictures below. Is there no established value or this this even recognized??

I recently obtained and Brillant Uncirculated 1964 penny with 180 degree die rotation.
I have notched the side of the coin holder for you to see that it is in fact rotated..
