This is not a spooned coin, because the rim is not wrapped by spoon. Otherwise we would see the piece slightly smaller than usual.

Look at the lighting on both coins, the coin of 1 cent 1993 is bulging on the reverse:

Oops ... :oops: translation problem. I meant that it is either a flaw planchet or a filled die.

  1. For the grade I would say VF-20
  2. Yes, it is an upside down coinage;
  3. I am not really sure of the variety;
  4. Concerning the 0 of "50 cents", it is probably a flan defect or a sealed corner. It would take better photos.
