Also, is the appearance a nickel that was struck through grease would give? I thought there may be a chance since the metal is sort of hilly, raised and the beads are still somewhat present.

1995 Canadian Dime
I'm not much for error coins, but I came across this dime. Wear or error? The bust of Queen Liz is still raised with the details in her crown very pronounced as well as the back of her hair and necklace. Writing is still raised although weak in some areas. Perhaps a weak strike? My scanner is down, ...
