On the reverse it looks like there is two strikes that show denticles

Looks like it might be mint damage and struck through Grease on the obverse

What causes rainbowing toning in coins? And does it give it value beyond 5 cents. A friend found this for me.

The weight of the coin is 5.49 instead of 5.67
