any ideas ,found them in a stack of bills in a box that was passed on to me

the bills are all circulated, Any help of the value and grade would be appreciated

is this a coin or just a token of some sort?

Forgot to mention I put the bill in the oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes, it was a test, I was curious as to what happens to bills in a safe if you had a house fire
