Does anyone have a list of the tolerances used for Canadian coinage such as the one I have attached for US coinage?

I was looking at the price guide for Canadian nickels and noted a listing of a 1942 DC-25 coin. 1. Can someone helpm understand what the "-25" referencing? I assume some sort of index for the pattern? 2. Where could I find more about this pattern coin? I would like to understand how many were made, ...
