looks like they don't receive enough canadian coins to be able to get a real canadian coin specialist... it is probably a world coins guy who grade coins from canada

Looks like the real 5 cents 1944 sold at heritage some years ago. I don't have that kind of money to acquire an item like this. Is $750,000.00 is too high?
