Re: 1976 Olympic silver 28 piece folder/stamp
I buy coins both for business and to collect (end up keeping for than I should) and buy these sets pretty regularly. So I think I can speak from both angles, the dealer and collector. A few points that you touched on: The dealer you sold to. Getting $550 really is more than fair considering today we...

1885 10c - T4 or T5
Hi Folks,
Having issues identifying if this 1885 10 cent is a T4 or T5 cause of the condition.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: canadian pennies
Honestly don't think this would in any way drive up prices. Re: 1964 Nickel, Extra Water Line, Curled '9'?
Thanks, makes sense. How does this sort of PMD affect grading on a coin like this? Would it be based on relief and fields as usual and then drop from there due to the PMD?

Re: 1964 Nickel, Extra Water Line, Curled '9'?
I see what you’re saying but what I’m getting at is that the length of the 9 is still there but its now angled. The picture isn’t the greatest but the dark part of the tail on the left is part of the tail.

1964 Nickel, Extra Water Line, Curled '9'?
Hi Everyone,
Any thoughts on the '9'? I have my own ideas. The tail on '9' is almost flat in a horizontal position as opposed to pointing in its normal downward direction.
Cheers
