Re: 2001P Canadian 5 cent error
I wouldn’t put too much stock in that coin dealer if he can’t tell the difference between damage and an error. These have been posted more times than I can remember on various coin forums. They are easy to spot as the lettering is in reverse and concuse. If it was a genuine error, the lettering woul...

Re: 2001P Canadian 5 cent error
Welcome to the Forum
Pictures are pretty bright to see the detail but it looks like what is called a "Vise Job"
where 3 coins have been squeesed together leaving the impressions on the middle coin.
This is just a damaged coin with no numismatic value.

Re: 1920 1 cent Large/1920 Small
Welcome to the forum
Large and Small would be the size.
In 1920 the RCM changed over from the large cents (think Queen Victorias) to the
small cents that we see today. This was done as a cost saving measure.

Looks like a minor Struck Through Grease. Not uncommon.
Are there more in the roll the same?

These look like they have been struck through grease. Notice how each one is slightly different.
After each strike there gets to be less grease on the die reducing the struck through area slightly.

Re: 2 dollar canadian coin year 2000 missed strike on center and pedestal D
Welcome to the forum The value of your Toonie is $2.00 The pedestal D only has a premium in high MS condition ( it is caused by a die chip) and the core is not off enough to worry about. There has to be a space between the ring and the core to have any value. If you still want to try and sell it, th...

Re: AMERICAN 1965 QUARTERS 1 Black Beauty 1 Regular
A black beauty is a 1957 Jefferson nickel that was improperly annealed.
What you have is a quarter that has toned black. The other is just a regular circulated quarter.
Sorry to say but there is no numismatic value to either one.

Not a Doubled Ear, just a damaged cent all around.
Also a Doubled Ear is a variety, not an error.
