What is die shift?
I see your coin has wrapping machine damage.
What anomaly are you seeing?

Re: Assistance please
The first 12 sideds were struck in tombac in 1942.
Toned tombac looks very similar to toned bronze, originally they were made 12 sided so they wouldn't be confused with pennies.

Re: 1967 Doubled die
Letter doubling does not always indicate doubled die.
Your coin though is indeed the product of a doubled die.
Value is entirely dependent on grade.
Could be anywhere from 3 cents to 30 dollars.
Full coin pics both sides please for assessment.

Re: RCM removing coins out of system 1999 and back
Even twenty years ago finding silver in rolls was uncommon.
I would only find half a dozen or so per year.
Copper and nickel coins are not valuable for their metal content, unless you have tonnes of them to melt.

Re: 1945 Dollar
I agree with coinguy.
But the biggest problem is that your coin is not a silver dollar.
It's worth about one-tenth the value a 1945 dollar.

Those dollars sealed in Mint cellophane are PL dollars.
They are actually worth far less than their similarly graded circulation counterparts.

Re: 1945 V Nickel Error ?
It's rust beneath the surface.
We've seen it many times.
The coins were not dipped in anything, sheets of steel were electroplated with nickel then with chrome before the blanks were punched out.

Smacked between two pieces of leather.

Can't give it EF30 because there is no such grade.
VF30 can do but it looks like it may be damaged on the obverse , need better pics.
