Most respected TGP for Canadian coins

Hi new to the forums and relatively new to Canadian coins but I've been collecting British coins for some time.

I recently purchased some raw Canadian coins to sell on. The first one I sent in to NGC it came back: 1908 CANADA 5C MS 63

Which I'm quite pleased with. I have also recently purchased:

25 Cents 1907 and 5 Cents 1902 small H.

Should I send them to NGC or is PCGS a better TGP for Canadian coins?

For Canadian Coins, I suggest you CCCS or ICCS, especially if you want to eventually sell them.

The 5-cents coin is a Small or Large 8? NGC graded it with the variety?

The Canadian 1908 5c is the more common small 8.

I live in the UK and when I send coins for grading I send them to a friend in the US to submit as part of his coins. I don't think he uses ICCS or CCCS.

Out of the US grading companies which is more respected for Canadian coins?

Thanks. I've heard of ICCS before but this is the first time I've heard of CCCS.

PCGS, IMO, is most well respected when it comes to Canadian coins in American plastic.
