1982 Constitution Silver Dollar

I have a couple of 1982 Constitution silver dollar coins. I checked out this page to see their values: http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins-pri ... 3-1986#203
But I don't know how to tell if it is a Constitution ↑↑ or Constitution ↑↓ coin? In the pictures they are the same except for the direction of the queen, but it changes depending on which way you flip the coin. In the pictures, is the coin flipped left-to-right, or top-to-bottom?
