Sometimes even the pro's get it wrong.. perhaps it's an off day.. perhaps they have a hangover so the keep all the lights off when they grade 'em.. who knows! But it does happen...

Thanks! I have seen other coins,maybe 20-30 with this same effigy and some were graded MS-67 and selling for over 2K,which had the same wear,also from the same grading company,so I don't think it's a bad day.
I will definitely look closer if I ever buy a TPG coin again!
