Canada 50 cent 1894

I finally got my hands on a Canada 50 cent 1894 ,It looks like a AG..allmost G4.I am hopeing to buy it for 200.00 Canadian, he said I can have it for 268.00.(Either way I will buy it).
This was a very hard coin to find,I am happy to have it especially with a mintage of 29,000.00.
two questions-
1. Is there some Canada 50 cent 1894 owners out there, can you share some pictures and grades?
2. Why is the !890H 50 cent so expensive the mintage is 9000 less than the 1894
