1983 Dollar Coin off Axis

Just wondering, i have a 1983 Cad Dollar Coin that is off axis about 20degrees. Is this common?
It's not uncommon. It can happen in any year.
I have a 1936 silver dollar that is out around 20 degrees.
There is no value added unless it is out at least 45 degrees.
If you find one that is out 180 degrees, then you have a winner.
