My question is this a Canadian cent large bead? If so would it be worth sending it in to be graded? Do I leave the coin in the mint cello or remove it to be sent in? Thank you.

Need to see the reverse to tell what variety it is.

There are NO post-1960 coins that are worth going to a TPG. The cost to certify, in almost every case, costs more than the coin can/will ever be worth, regardless the grade.

Thank you. I thought that it was scarce because it was in a mint cello. Thats the only one I found in a mint cello with a large bead. Is this coin considered a proof?

Both Large and Small Bead varieties came in the Cello Packs.
Not considered a Proof, they are known as Proof-Like.
As Bill says, not worth sending out. The cost of getting it graded
far exceeds the value of the coin.
