Pennies from the Bank of Montreal 1975

Post by CoinQuest » Thu Jul 28, 2022 5:26 pm

Hello everyone. I found a bunch of these when cleaning out some family stuff. Any idea how common they are, what the story behind them is, and if they're worth anything (more than a cent)?

Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Possibly very much like coins put into potato chips - a way to advertise - but the coins would have come from circulation coins and not worth more than face value.
