Anyone had experience with Harriet Auctioneers?

Hello,
Harriet Auctioneers is coming to my city for several days and has advertised that they will review and value coin collections. So, rather than lugging my collection (accumulation) to get reviewed, I booked an appointment with them. Question: has anyone had any experience with this company? First time I remember that they've come to my city for something like this. Thanks.
