mithrandir, I'm sure this is noit the correct section to use, but i need to get some, or at least one of the French-speaking coin forums url's. my computer crashed, and i had to replace theHDD, so that info was lost. Any help would be very much appreciated. merci!

Hi,

The correct french url would be http://www.numicanada.com/pieces-de-mon ... rietes.php but you have the same on the "Coin and Canada Home Page" (tab "COINS" and "Errors ans varieties" choice) but without description and explanation.

crystallan, while I do not do much posting lately, I do wish to welcome you aboard! You will find very reliable help, and very good friends here!

sylvain, I want to send you a PM, but don't know where to do it. I need to change the password. I am afraid that something will happen, abd the place it is stored will by gone!

I purchased 3 bank rolls of the 1964 25 Cent coins from an auction in Alberta. Two of the rolls were from the TD bank and One roll from the Royal Bank. All of the 3 rolls have 7 different die cracks on the Caribous mane. All have Cameo, Heavy Cameo and no cameo. I cant find anything on theses errors online. Any Suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum
It would have been better if you had started your own post but to answer your question, it is hard to find info on die cracks as there are so many of them and can occur on any coin. Also the crack can vary with each strike as it get possibly gets bigger. If you could provide pictures, then maybe someone can give an opinion
