13-Coin Confederation 125th Anniv/Provincial Quarters Proof Sterling Silver Set

I had difficulty finding information about this set. Its in a blue velvet case and it says proof sterling silver. Can anyone please tell me where to find information about this set?

It's not difficult to find info about this set, it's all there in Charlton's, the must have resource for Canadian coins.
