Token?

I have this coin or token I found last summer metal detecting it says "Presented by the school trustees Fraser Valley B.C. with a dove on it 1919 and the reverse says Honor the Liberators to all humanity,justice,freedom their memory lives.I can't find any information on it has anyone seen this token or coin or medal.

I'm surprised NOBODY knows anything about this token I've looked everywhere someone has to know somthing about it.
