U.S.A. 1924D Cent with Feed Finger die damage

Post by rookie62 » Sun May 22, 2016 1:18 pm

Hi everyone,

I have a 1924 D U.S. penny which I've researched the value around $40. It also has feed finger die damage. Would this increase it's value?

Thanks

Is your coin a 24D or S? From the reverse, I'd say that your coin is G-6 at best and doubt that even full retail would approach $30 for a 24D. Any marks that are post-mint damage or damage at the mint would lower the value even more. It's a hole filler. but still a nice find.
