Hello, I am looking into the 1976 no s type II IKE dollar and this is supposed to be a picture of one. Any opinions?

Yes it is.
Not a very good one, but is a 1976 no S.

I bought it at an auction for about $2. Any Idea of it's value?

In that condition, $1.50-$2.00 is about right.
