1968 Australia Double strike?

i have here a Australia 5 cent from 1968 feel free to comment i am not sure if its of any value on foreign coins

Not a Double Strike, it is Machine Doubling.
A Double Strike would affect the whole coin, not just part of it.

Are the Machine Doubling worth of any value?

No value for Machine Doubling.
It is considered one of the types of worthless doubling.

The places on the coin that have just a little bit of offset doubling are due, as coin guy says, to machine/mechanical doubling. However the "8" in the date has been repunched by hand, maybe to correct a flaw. Here's a link to some different types of common doubling and also click on the links at the bottom of the article:
