I take it that is a copper cent (always include year and denomination in your heading).
It looks like a 8/7 to me. PLease avoid screenshots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail.

Just guessing Bill with no information supplied.
I know there is a 8/7 on the half penny and penny.
In any case, it is not a cent.
