Error type?

Hi, all:
Just joined today and this is my first post. I am fairly new to coins. I have been selling on E-bay for a little while, some of the stuff that was left over from my father's collection. In some change, I found a 1963 penny, that seems to be a mint flaw. Another penny fits perfectly into the indent.
Is this an important error? Is it valuable? What kind of error is it?
Any help would be much appreciated.
