Smoking Blazing Red 1959 hanging 9 Canadian Cent

This is one beautiful coin, this one has doubling all over, ( obverse ) Die chips, and I think is triple hanging 9 ! It has two lines, ( over 9 ) with a die clash next to the 9 !
