1962 Penny Error #k86b?

Hi there again,
Since my last question, I have still been enjoying sorting through my dads coins.
Some of his coin flips note a serial number which I assume corresponds to an error. I also found a one page sheet for example (see photo) where he had sketched a particular error beside a corresponding serial#.
For this post ~ 62' coin, he sketched some lines between the 1 and the leaf, which I confirmed under low (6x or 8x) magnification. I reviewed the 1962 list for errors on this website and I guess the closest description I could find would be the Guitar Zoell #K86c. Which leads me into my two part question below:
Part 1: Is there some abbreviation list of errors somewhere on the internet or in a book? and if yes, what is the name of the website or book? For example one of the one photos I provide, list error abbreviations R74d, R74h, R76d, R77q, *K79n, *K86b, etc. etc. I tried a generic google search but had no success when searching these abbreviations.
Part 2: If there is no book or website, does anyone than know what a *K86c error is entitled or called?
Thanks in advance for the help from the more experienced folk, mabey one day I will be answering questions in lieu of asking them
Lastly, I appologize for the unclear photos, I only have a baby magnifying glass. I think its time to invest into something a little more useful for my new found hobby.
