penny 1888/3 error

ive got this penny ive loot at it v close up with a Jewelry Magnifier its not broken nor pushed up there no damage mark but it sure as heck looks like a 3 to me is this a common? any help would be appreciate and how would u classify the coin pls

Hard to tell from the photo, but it could be a partially plugged die there. But there also looks like crud along the lower left loop, carrying into the upper loop on the lower left side. Heavily corroded.

After increasing the size on my Ipad, it looks like the bottom left side of the top loop has taken a hit
and moved the metal towards the centre of the loop. In any case, it would not be a 8/3, there is no such variety.
Please crop your photos in the future. This will help to increase the size for easier viewing.
