The number 8 and 5 in 1859 look repunched and it looks like a repunched 9 but not sure which narrow repunched 9 it belongs too.

As I have stated before, it's Haxby J5a with 46a Obverse. The coin you show is a later die state than the one(s) pictured in Haxby. The full reverse in Haxby in State 1 and your coin is maybe state 4-5. Just look at the 9 with a slightly weaker overpunch than shown in Hax due to the continued use of the die. Then look at the specifics of the vine gaps/starts at 7 and 13 and 2 and then look at the R in Victoria that shows even at state 1. It's the coin that we showed on p 286 of the 65th Charlton. That's my final opinion, believe what you want.

Bill. I wrote the same thing you think in any earlier post. I followed you advice and looked at the website. It’s rated a 5 on the rarity chart. Thanks again bill

Thanks for those additional images Piepala80. Die break at L11 is undisbutable. The break at L16 can be seen too. The one at L3 is tough to discern - perhaps it is faint. A very nice PC59-162 indeed. Hopefully you are able to forward images of this coin to Randy (especally an image of the break through L10 and the date. Perhaps an image of the date as well, since this is probably the highest grade in existence, and the digits are essentially as minted.

I don’t have his email maybe some can send it to me. Once I receive the coin I will send it to ICCS for regrading

Piepala80 .... If I were you, I would hold off sending the coin to ICCS. YOU know what you have and I don't think that ICCS recognizes that variety. I know they won't put Haxby #'s on it since they are copyrighted. If they just put down the variety type as a R/P 9, then you may be paying much more for the cert that will really say nothing about how scarce the coin really is.
Even Charlton has a copyright on their designation, such as R/P's 1-6 on the 1859's. When we did the Vicky variety section for the 65th edition, we got Charlton to actually name the 3, 4,5 and 9/6, as well as the 1896 far 6, we had to get written authorization to use their number in our variety section. At the same time, we had to get formal approval to use Griffin numbers, since Charlton had bought the copyright to the Griffin info upon Jack's death from his son. The 4 of us had also massively corrected the Griffin large cent variety guide that Charlton had republished (again after Jack's death) as "Monograph 1" that was riff with errors because they somehow got many of the descriptions with the wrong photos. You CAN NOT use Charlton's monograph 1 to correctly ID the hundreds of Griffin varieties. Charlton, and now its successor, has never republished the corrected Griffin info. I think that PCGS and ICCS have permission to use the Charlton ID's, but not much more info.

Thanks bill. I’ll hold off. I wasn’t going to crack it out of the case. ICCS is tough when it goes to cross grading from NGC. I’ve sent them coins that were 58 and came back 40 or 45. Big difference in price.
I bought the 1859 in auction. Heritage auctions.
