There are a number of different R/P'd 9's for 1893, some modest and some really great, some doubled, some tripled. Without knowing what you have there, you will find no values. We were only able to put 2 of the 4-5 different 9's in the 2011 Charlton that had the Vicky varieites in the back, due to space constraints. Once Charlton put any of the varieies that were in the back of the 65th edition into the regular front of the annual Charlton, then ICCS would start to recognize to variety, and then Trends would the following year. Since the 9's were handpunched, there may be many more than 4-5 different R/P's. Until they are specific about what it is, then no value can logically be published. NGC is not noted for accuracy in Canadian large cent grades. And, until we can see the ICCS "R/P'd9", who knows what's there, what type and how much offset.

From the images, you can't tell what kind of 9 is there as they are not clear and not magnified enough. Again, you can't place a value on something just from photos and what is in the description. People need to see it in-hand or with clear, detailed images. You need to see whether it's one of the just R/P'd 9's or the 2 types of T/P'd ones. For those, it depends on how much shows nicely below the 9 and how sharp it is.

To help clear thing up, here is a thread from 2-3 weeks ago on the same subject. https://coinsandcanada.com/forum/viewto ... =19&t=9665 You have doubled R/P'd 9's, triple-punched (TP 9's) and quad-punched 9's. Look at all the attachments/references in the above thread and the additional info in the "varieties" section. Until you can show us what you have, no one can fully assist you and still won't have a value .... you will have to check EBay "sold" items and auction records to find that out.

And here is another thread from 2018 that almost fully explains the different R/Pd 9's. Here is a quad punch 1893 that is in Charlton as a TP9 and is part of what I wrote back then. Look about 1/2 way down to see a quad-punch that is listed elsewhere as a TP9:

Thank you. I’ll try to look at the coin. I only have my phone for pictures and I’m not able to take pictures. Can you send me a link to the different 1893 Repunched 9 or the book I should purchase with different variations for Canadian Large Cents. Cheers

There is no book, per se, that covers all of the Vicky large cents. In the links that I included above about old threads dealing with the '93's, there are links in those with photos and explainations. Just go through the archives of the 3-4 main coin sites and you'll find what you need. The CaC variety section here can be helpful, but is sometimes very misleading. Try to get a copy of the Haxby annual coin guide instead of Charlton.
