Same idea as this penny here: 1932 1 cent flawed planchet.
Obverse: Flaws extending from the 'royal jaw' to the bottom of the effigy. All of these little shingles have worn or broken away except the one folded back on itself protected by the relief areas surrounding it. – Cheers
