1934 five cent piece find

Found in a box of 'un-coin related' items my mom brought down from Canada to where i live in the US.
Far rim, and rotated 20 degrees. Are these common errors? Anyone have any insight on potential value in this condition?
Any way around it, I was happy to find it.
