1886 5 Cents Looking for opinions

Purchased this 1886 5 Cents online. When it arrived I noticed something with the 1 in 1886. I can't seem to find anything online about this being a known error/variety.
Looking for opinions on: do other think this looks doubled? And if you've seen or heard of other 1886s like this.
