Just a question about the rotated quarters in the 1992 special series.
When I look at the price guide on this site, and in CCN trends, and my newest Charlton (10 years old), I only find prices for the rotated die coin in the "MS" section, not NBU or Specimen.
Is it safe to assume that looking in PL sets, or Canada 125 sets (or other mint products...) would most likely NOT find any rotated die coins ?
