1967 Dollar Ghost

If you look at lustrous 1967 Dollars you will notice on the reverse there is a pattern in the lustre which they all seem to have. I believe the pattern is caused by the flow of metal into the portrait on the obverse and suspect the pattern would be rotated on the rotated or diving goose coins.
