1995 Popsicle Beads

Using my microscope I noticed that the beads near some of the 11 corners on the obverse of the 1995 dollar coin had attachments that linked the bead to the rim. Of 100 other 1995 Loonies coins I found 3 other examples.

Looks like Die Deterioration, it is also showing on some of the letters.

Must be chrome-plated dies chipping off.
