1967 quarter with a metal stain.

I have this 1967 quarter wich has a stain of metal on it under the 25, i call it the Wild cat and the Rose because it look like a Rose, it's also has a difference of 15degres from each side...could you help grade it, and if it would be worth being graded by CCCS, or i should just keep it as a souvenir.
