2008 DOT also looks like a number 2 on opposite side

i there i came across this 2008 Canadian dime with a DOT under the date there is also what seems to be a number 2 on left side of Queens head. Under the DO at there are 2 scratches which look like the outter Rim but on the side plz comment on what you think
