I'm about the same, but they would all be bodybagged because of the harsh severe cleaning .. that's if all those scratches/marks on the coin are actually on the coins.

they are... but are exceptionally hard to see even with loop in hand.
there is a lot of ouster left on the coins.. more than is evident in the pictures.

By definition, you aren't going to have any "luster" on a silver coin in VF condition. They have been heavily cleaned and then polished/buffed. Remember that these are .925 silver and would be black with tarnish unless played with.
