Here are pics of one of my tokens. It is a 1794 Copper Company of Canada token. Can I have opinions as to Grade and Value?

You will need to have a real-life token expert look at your Token .. not just a random coin dealer. According to my Charlton Canadian Colonial Token book, those in copper are extremely rare, but there was a proof also struck that is listed at $750. The coins were never officially struck for circulation. They were also restruck in 1894, so who knows what you have ... original, proof, or restrike, but I would guess a restrike worth whatever an oddity is worth.

Here's what I got from a Token collector from another site:
"This piece is a restrike, but still commands a decent price in the $1500 - $2000 range.
Originals are about 3X – 4X the price of a restrike.

The original pieces have round O’s in the lettering, whereas the restrikes are oval ‘0’s.
Also, the ‘R’s on the restrikes have curled-up tails, and the originals have straight ‘R’s.

I hope that this helps. B
