1973 RCMP grading

Hi,
Could someone here please help me grade my 1973 RCMP $1 silver coins? They are in cases, UNC proof although hard to tell from the images but do have a mirror shine. They haven't seen the light of day in over 40 years. The same side on all four coins look stained or tarnished. I'm not sure how this effects the grade. Thanks!
