Is this even worth to grade? 1985 US coin.

Only coin I have so far with this much visible errors so any help in the grading dept IF ANY would be great thank you.

No errors, just damage. Abe has taken a hits on his forehead and back causing indentations.
What are you considering an error? Please state so we are not guessing.
