1973 Canadian $1 Bill

Post by drumcloc » Wed Jul 18, 2018 7:58 pm

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I just re-discovered a $1 bill I had but I can't find any information on its value. The serial number starts with an AK and I can't find that prefix on any of the boards. It's in really good shape. Can anyone help?

I take it that would have the Lawson-Bouey signatures and is known as a two letter prefix note.
As there were over 1 Billion 800 Million printed in that series, the value unless Gem Uncirculated is 1 Dollar.
