Unfortunately your note is not a replacement note with an asterisk in front of the CA.
To be worth more money it should look like:
" * CA4653547 "
Your note appears to be an UNC so in theory the $5 note you have is worth $28 according to "Trends".
That is what you might get if you are a dealer (with a shop) or have a booth at flea market or coin show.
You might get $22 - $25 from a private collector, however a dealer would likely only offer 40 - 60% of the trends value as some of the good/fair ones will sell it for 80 - 90% of trends value..
