$2 Bill 1986 BUR Prefix

Post by PapiBob » Tue Mar 13, 2018 10:28 am

Hi, I have this $2 dollar 1986 bill with a BUR prefix that I'm trying to figure out the value, but I can't find the prefix in the listings. Does anybody knows anything about this. Thanks for your answers.

Your $2 note is worth $2.

BUR is a common prefix. You will find it listed in Charton's Cdn Government Paper Money Catalogue.

Yours is in such poor shape that I would return it to the bank unless you want a copy for the 1986 - $2 bird series.
